How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipping speed shown next to the Shipping Method is the approximate length of time it takes from when an item leaves our facilities to its arrival at your door.  Additional time is required to process your order and prepare your item for delivery. You will receive automated emails as your order is processed.

If my product selection is out of stock will I still be charged for my order?
Where possible if items are out of stock upon ordering, there will be a note on the product selection page to highlight this.  If a product is backordered, your credit card will still be charged for your entire order at the the order is placed.  The product will then ship as it becomes availlable.   Please provide a cotnact number where our customer service team can reach you should there be an issue with your purchase.

How can I maintain my product?
Our products require only simple maintenance. A wipe with a damp cloth is all that is required. Do not use bleach, detergent or abrasives. Replacement parts are available for most wear and tear items, we even provide a complete maintenance service.

Is there a minimum order size?
No! We accept all orders, no matter how big or small. No minimums, no special charges, no hassles.

How long will it take to get what I order?
Once your order is shipped from our factory, the time it takes to arrive is determined by the method of shipment and the destination. Orders shipped via UPS ground or common carrier (truck) generally arrive within 1 to 7 business days after they leave our factory. Special services, such as 2nd day air next day air arrive more quickly.
