No, only a selection of our products can be purchased online.
All of Tensabarrier posts can be manufactured to any RAL colour and with customised webbing.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Order online and receive free delivery on our Tensabarrier Posts, Wall Units and Accessories with UK delivery addresses* only.
*England, Scotland and Wales. Excludes Offshore Islands and Scottish Highlands.

What are the weights and dimensions of the barriers?

I have previously purchased a 4.0m webbing length, is this option still available?
At Tensator we regularly review performance of our products and we have identified that our webbing cassettes perform better with 3.65m of webbing compared to 4.0m length. The webbing retracts back in to the cassette smoothly and freely, and the shorter length puts less pressure on the spring, which in turn also increases the life of the webbing.

How do I install a replacement cassette?
Replacement cassettes are simple to install, just remove the screws on the cassette, slide out, replace with the new cassette and retighten the screws.

Why is the system rejecting my payment transaction?
Due to our strict fraud screening process your card billing address MUST EXACTLY match your order billing address, or your order will not be processed. This may be one of the reasons why your transaction has not been processed.
For example, if your card billing address is registered as Flat 3, House 1. The order billing address must also be keyed in as Flat 3, House 1. If it is entered as House 1, Flat 3 then the payment will not be processed.
